The role requires 2-3 years in a high-volume bakery, good English, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You will work in a fast-paced environment with strong sanitation practices and a team-based approach.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume bakery.
• English communication sufficient to perform duties.
• Ability to read recipes and follow production schedules.
• Knowledge of sanitation and food safety guidelines.
• Experience operating bakery equipment.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong time management and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake breads, cookies, pastries per menu.
• Weigh, measure, mix ingredients and monitor production timelines.
• Operate mixers, roasters, fryers and other bakery equipment.
• Assist in training others on equipment usage.
