Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Maui seeks a Baker 3 to join our luxury Food & Beverage team. You will prepare bread items to production schedules and banquet orders, ensuring quality and consistency while maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment.

The role is full-time and requires at least two years of culinary experience, advanced culinary knowledge, and the ability to operate and clean a wide range of equipment. Hawaii Food Handler’s Card and TB clearance are required.

• Minimum two years culinary or related work experience.
• Advanced culinary knowledge is expected for this position.
• Ability to operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment.
• Hawaii Food Handler’s Card required.
• Tuberculosis Clearance required.
• ServSafe certification within 3 months.

Prepare bread items according to production schedules and banquet event orders that meet quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division, reporting to thePastryManagement Team.Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

• Prepare bread items according production schedules and banquet event orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, as well as production, portion, and presentation standards; complete mis en place and set-up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service.


• Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, making sure not prepare beyond estimated needs.


• Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment, including deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, and flat top grill.

What You Will Bring

• Minimum two years culinary or related work experience.
