Job summary

East Aurora Co-op Market in New York is seeking an experienced baker to join our Prepared Foods Department and help maintain and grow the co-op’s bakery offerings.   • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and production standards in a commercial kitchen environment
  • Help maintain and expand the Co-op’s bakery offerings through consistent execution and collaboration

Full-time, Part-time | $18 - $20 per hour

The East Aurora Co-op Market is seeking an experienced baker to join our Prepared Foods Department and help maintain and grow the Co-op's exceptional bakery offerings. We're looking for an individual with baking experience who thrives in a fast-paced setting, values teamwork, and enjoys contributing ideas alongside a talented food service team. As part of our Prepared Foods Department, you'll create delicious, wholesome baked goods while helping deliver an exceptional experience for our customers and supporting a collaborative, community-focused workplace.

  • Experience or interest in baking or pastry
  • Experience cooking in restaurant, food service, catering, deli, or kitchen operation
  • Familiarity with natural foods and dietary preferences

What you’ll do:

Expected Hours:

32 – 40 per week

Available Shifts:

Day Shift, Evening Shift

Weekly Expectations:

Early morning shifts required; Saturday shift required
