Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Tampa, FL is seeking a Baker to join our morning shift. Bakers arrive as early as 3AM to stock the bagel wall and pastry case, assist with order taking and sandwich prep, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment.

You will work with a team to deliver high-quality bagels and guest service, enjoy competitive pay with tips, paid time off, and access to benefits. This role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and providing cheerful mornings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of a current, valid state issued driver’s license (preferred but not always required).
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Stock the bagel wall and pastry case each shift to ensure quality products are available.

We wouldn’t be much if we didn’t have our bagels, and a bagel is only as good as the person who bakes it! The baker is first in our hearts and the first ones in our bakeries. Our Bakers arrive early (as early as 3AM) turn on a podcast or their favorite band and take care of what makes us who we are - bagels!

Our Bakers ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case. We work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking, sandwich making, etc. Our teams take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve; and by keeping a safe and clean store environment. What We Are Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
