Nothing Bundt Cakes in South Charleston, WV is seeking a dependable Baker to join our fast-paced bakery team, where you will prepare and bake our signature Bundt Cakes according to established recipes and brand standards. You will follow recipes, maintain a clean, food-safe kitchen, and work with the team to meet daily production goals while delivering high-quality, delicious treats for celebrations.

No prior baking experience is required for the right candidate; training is provided to help you

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift/move supplies.
• Previous baking or food service experience is a plus; training provided.
• Follow recipes, instructions, and food safety procedures.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake our signature Bundt Cakes according to established recipes and brand standards.
• Follow recipes, baking procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistent, delicious products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen.
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, labeling, dating, and product rotation procedures.
• Monitor baking times, product quality, and daily production needs.
• Work efficiently to meet production goals and ensure cakes are ready for our guests.
• Communicate with team members and management to support daily bakery operations.
