Summary

A Baker is responsible for building a reputation for Ultimate Service in guest relations, focusing on delivering consistent quality products that make every event or occasion feel special for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet and engage guests upon entering the department.
  2. Ensure the availability of quality and consistent products.
  3. Maintain a positive atmosphere, morale, and team spirit.
  4. Support division concepts and programs.
  5. Utilize bakery systems and processes correctly and consistently.
  6. Follow recipes and procedures using approved ingredients.
  7. Practice safe work habits and maintain cleanliness and organization.
  8. Adhere to Food Safety Procedures and Sanitation Schedule.
  9. Assist in break-out and dishwashing as needed.
  10. Help train new team members.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Key Requirements
  1. Must be 18 years or older.
  2. Preferably, one year of bakery production experience, including scratch mixing and frozen dough.
  3. Ability to work with detergents and sanitizers for up to 4 hours.
  4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and walk.
  6. Lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
  7. Work within a freezer for up to 15 minutes.
  8. Basic math and baker’s calculations skills.
  9. Open to supervisory coaching.
  10. Flexible to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.
  11. Maintain current Food Safety Certification.
  12. Team-oriented attitude.
