Job summary

Urbane Cafe is seeking a passionate Bread Baker to craft our focaccia from scratch, kneading, shaping and baking in open-hearth ovens right in front of guests. You’ll bring pride to every shift with consistent quality and teamwork.

Starting at $20.00 per hour plus tips, the role includes flexible scheduling, free meals, and a comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401K matching, tuition reimbursement). Join us to grow a real career in a welcoming, fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Baking passion and craftsmanship.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to be trained.

What You'll Do

• Mix, knead and proof focaccia dough to perfection — every shift, every time
• Bake fresh bread in our open-hearth ovens with consistency and pride
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen workspace
