Each day, you’ll strive to provide high-quality cookies in an efficient, professional manner by processing and preparing orders for customers, making and balling dough, frosting and topping cookies, mixing ingredients as needed, keeping a clean station and assisting customers!

Qualifications

You must be at least 16 years old, have a personality for customer service and a love for cookies.

• Crew Members must be able to stand, walk, bend, & lift heavy items from time‑to‑time, smiling all the way.
• Read and understand Crumbl Recipes.
• Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, ovens, and other equipment to make cookies.
• Decorating and displaying the finished cookies.
• Ensure finished cookies meet food safety and quality standards.
• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked cookies.
• Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products.
• Clean as you go, putting ingredients back where they go, staying organized and neat.
