Ensure efficient and courteous customer service at all times in support of the company mission to "Run the Best Store in Town!"

Maintain a positive attitude; create an atmosphere of friendliness and fun through flexibility and teamwork.

Generate a positive, friendly, and fun working environment with a customer-first initiative by greeting and speaking to customers, providing prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service.

Prepare and produce "Quality" food & products to meet or exceed our customer & company expectations.

Complete daily production sheets and break out of frozen product.

Put up stock.

Assist in proper rotation of product in coolers and freezers.

Assist in maintaining good dates on all products.

Assist in ordering products and supplies needed for daily operations.

Assist in ensuring all packaged products for self-service are properly packaged with correct weights and ingredients to meet local weights and measurement regulations.

Keep workstation and surrounding area neat and clean.

Follow the company's Food Safety program.

Cross-training in multiple areas with varying responsibilities is expected for Food Service Associates.

Essential Job Functions

• Ensure all self-service packaged products are properly packaged with correct weights and ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation and area.
• Adhere to the Food Safety program.
• Cross-training in multiple responsibilities is expected.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance for scheduled shifts.
