Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Bakery Associate at Safeway to create breads, cookies and pastries with care. You will decorate cakes, prepare desserts, and ensure the bakery looks clean, fresh and inviting for customers.

You will work with ovens, mixers, slicers and proofers, and help customers with product questions while maintaining high safety and quality standards. A team-oriented mindset is essential.

Our Bakers also have the secret ingredient for talking to their customers and take pride in what they are baking, making, and decorating. You will work with ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers to bake products that meet the highest quality, freshness, and safety standards. When you aren’t rising to the occasion for our customers, you’re helping ensure our display cases and shelves are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
