Accountabilities/Duties:

• Follow NbC proprietary recipes and cake production methods with precision, achieving productivity goals.
• Utilize measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers and ovens, and other tools to bake cakes.
• Accurately prepare raw ingredients and equipment for baking.
• Adhere to proper packaging, labeling, and storage procedures for baked cakes.
• Assist in the development of cake production plans.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Understand written and oral instructions, interpret recipes, operating procedures, and safety rules, and apply this knowledge to perform job responsibilities. NbC recipes are available in English and Spanish.
• Understand basic units of measurement used in the U.S.
• Perform repetitive, physical tasks requiring the strength to lift items up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Operate commercial-grade ovens and bakery equipment, working near high-heat sources.
• Be meticulous with measurements, timing, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Education, Certifications, and Work Experience:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Require 3-5 years of commercial bakery experience as a Baker or in a support role at a bakery, restaurant, or foodservice; bakery experience at Nothing Bundt Cakes is a plus.

Work Availability:

Must be flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour (based on experience)
