Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a dedicated Baker for their Hoboken, NJ bakery team. You will craft breads, cookies, pastries, and decorate cakes, while engaging with customers and maintaining high quality and safety standards.

You will work with ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers to keep displays inviting and well-stocked. We value community involvement, a willingness to learn, and pride in the work you do, whether big or small.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchases and product questions.
• Operate bakery equipment (ovens, mixers, slicers, proofers) to produce breads, pastries, and cakes.

• Follow safety and food-handling guidelines to ensure fresh, high-quality products.

Our Bakers also have the secret ingredient for talking to their customers and take pride in what they are baking, making, and decorating. You will work with ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers to bake products that meet the highest quality, freshness, and safety standards.
