Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Baker who enjoys crafting breads, cookies, pastries and fancy desserts. You’ll work with ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers to ensure top quality, freshness and safety while keeping displays clean and well-stocked.

You’ll engage customers with a friendly approach, take pride in your baking, and be eager to learn as part of a community-focused team.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for baking breads, cookies, pastries and decorating cakes.
• Ability to talk with customers and take pride in the baking, making and decorating.
• Comfort using ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers while maintaining quality and safety.

A Day In The Life

As a Baker, no one day is ever the same. To truly be successful in the position, you will be passionate about baking breads, cookies, and pastries, as well as producing fancy desserts and decorating cakes. Our Bakers also have the secret ingredient for talking to their customers and take pride in what they are baking, making, and decorating. You will work with ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers to bake products that meet the highest quality, freshness, and safety standards. When you aren’t rising to the occasion for our customers, you’re helping ensure our display cases and shelves are clean, organized, and well-stocked. Our customers are hungry for what we are serving so come join our team and help satisfy their appetites.
