Elior Group at University of Dubuque – Dining Hall is seeking an energetic baker to prepare breads, pastries, and other baked goods daily. This full-time, onsite role supports a campus dining program and collaboration with university teams.

Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and managing inventory and ingredient orders to ensure fresh, quality products for students and staff.

Qualifications

• Follow recipes and proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Experience using a variety of kitchen tools to produce baked goods.
• Basic math skills for inventory management, including ordering.

The Role at a glance:
