Job summary

Summit is seeking an energetic baker for a correctional facility kitchen in Cleveland, OH. You will prepare breads, pastries and other baked goods daily and follow safety and sanitation procedures.

This onsite role requires successful background checks and adherence to facility guidelines. You will manage recipes, maintain equipment cleanliness, and monitor inventory.

We offer full-time hours with benefits and a focus on safe, quality meals for inmates.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow recipes and proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Experience using a variety of kitchen tools to produce various baked goods.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an energetic, motivated baker to our correctional facility kitchen team in Cleveland, OH. As a baker, you will have the opportunity to prepare a wide range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods daily.

Important: This position is located within a correctional facility and requires successful completion of a pre-employment background check and any other screening requirements established by the facility or client as a condition of employment.

What you'll be doing:

• Following recipes to create quality baked goods.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and the kitchen.
• Ordering ingredients and taking inventory regularly.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

Compensation Range

$23.00 per hour, weeky pay!
