Job summary

Black Oak Casino is seeking a pastry/kitchen helper under the direction of the Pastry Chef and Baker I. You will prepare items according to recipes, restock stations, and help maintain product freshness and production flow.

The role requires 18+ years of age, ServSafe/food handler certification, the ability to obtain a gaming license, and the capacity to pass a drug test. English proficiency and a California driver's license with casino permit are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must complete Food Handler or ServSafe certification or have proof of current certification.
• Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license.
• Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test.
• Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate proficiently in English.
• Must possess and maintain a valid California driver license and Black Oak Casino driver’s permit.
• Requires knowledge of baking and kitchen operations.
• Must have knowledge of cleaning, set-up and breakdown procedures.
