Delaware North Travel is hiring for a full-timeBaker to join our team at Buffalo Airport in Buffalo, New York. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing bakery products and ensuring all items are served in a timely manner.

What will you do?

• Follow recipe portion sizes and quality standards
• Ensure proper baking temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties according to proper guidelines
• Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, and sufficiently stocked

More about you

• Basic math skills to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements and proportions
• Previous baking experience in the food industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to follow procedures and take directions
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
