Qualifications

• Basic culinary skills including cooking techniques, equipment operation, and food prep.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work effectively with other kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage a workstation and maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately for consistent quality.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, mix doughs, bake items, and maintain the bakery area.
• Wrap baked goods, stock displays, and ensure inventory levels.
• Assist with packaging and labeling for sale or storage.
• Provide Legendary Hospitality by assisting customers with orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace, including equipment and surfaces.

Position Summary

The Bakeris responsible forpreparing ingredients, mixing doughs, baking items, andmaintainingthe bakery area. The role also includes tasks like wrapping baked goods, stocking displays, and ensuring inventory levels are managed.

Essential Functions

• Mindset:Provide memorable and craveable products that provide a connection with people and our brand.
• Ingredient Preparation: Measuring and weighing flour, sugar, and other ingredients, preparing fillings, and ensuringaccuratemeasurements.
• Dough and Mix Production: Makingdoughsforbreads, pastries, and cookies, and mixing batters for cakes and other baked goods.
• Baking and Decorating: Operatingovens, baking various products, and decorating cakes and other baked goods.
• Quality Control: Monitoringthe quality of ingredients and finished products, ensuring they meetourstandards.
• Packaging and Labeling: Wrapping and labeling baked goods for sale or storage.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper storage and rotation.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Cleaning andmaintainingthe bakery area, including equipment and work surfaces.
• Legendary Hospitality: Assistingcustomers with orders and providing information about baked goods. Food Safety: Adhering to food safety regulations and procedures.
• Adherence to Brand Standards: Following recipes and procedures, ensuring consistent quality.
