Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining at Bethel College invites you to join our bakery team as a part-time baker. You will prepare a wide range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods daily, following established recipes and keeping equipment and the kitchen clean.

You will assist with ingredient ordering and inventory as part of the daily workflow. Must-have skills include following recipes with proper sanitation, experience using a variety of kitchen tools, and basic math for inventory.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow recipes and proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Experience using a variety of kitchen tools to produce various baked goods.
• Basic math skills for inventory management, including ordering.
