We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team at our bakery in Akron. This is a great opportunity for an Indian national who is looking for English-speaking jobs in the United States. The ideal candidate will have experience in baking a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes, and will be able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of breads, pastries, and cakes according to recipes
- Ensure all products are of high quality and meet the standards of our bakery
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Train new staff members on baking techniques and procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new recipes and products

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a baker in a professional kitchen or bakery setting
- Knowledge of different baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately

Compensation:
