• Operate and monitor continuous processing systems.
• Perform weekly start-ups, shut-downs and clean-ups.
• Handle minor maintenance of equipment and ensure sanitation.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and hand truck.
• Work rotating 12-hour shifts, up to 7 days a week.
