Job summary

Panera Bread Hyde Park in Tampa, FL is seeking a motivated Baker/Prep Team Member to focus on baking and food preparation. You will cross-train in other café areas and help teammates as needed. No late nights, hands-on training, and a team-oriented culture are emphasized.

Job description

We’re looking for a motivated Baker/Prep Team Member to join our team! In this role, you’ll primarily focus on baking and food preparation.

While you’ll be hired primarily for the Baker/Prep position, we believe in teamwork and cross-training! You’ll have the opportunity to learn other areas of the café, expand your skills, and help support your teammates wherever needed.

What You’ll Do

• Bake and Prepare Products-Follow established recipes and procedures toprepare baked goods and other food items to meet our quality standards.
• Complete Daily Prep-Prepare ingredients, portion food, andorganize products to ensure the café is ready for service.
• Maintain Quality and Freshness-Follow proper food handling, storage,labeling, and rotation procedures to ensure freshness and food safety.
• Cross-Train and Support the Team: Although your primary role will be baking andfood prep, you’ll learn other café positions and assist with additionalduties as business needs require.
• Work as a Team:Communicate with coworkers and help ensure the café operates efficiently,especially during busy periods.

About You
