We are seeking a skilled Operations Conversion / Bags Lead Support professional to join our production team. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone with strong conversion machine experience, mechanical troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and support conversion machinery to maximize production output.
• Assist with production scheduling, order tracking, and delivery timelines.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure quality standards, GMP, and SQF requirements are met.
• Verify materials and inventory availability before production runs.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Support daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of conversion machinery operating experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with equipment repair and preventative maintenance.
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
