Job summary

Tank’s Recycling & Landfill in Tucson is seeking a Bagging Operations & Production Associate to maintain quality and efficient output for bagged products and block work. You’ll help ensure pallet accuracy and safe handling on site.

The role is on site, Monday–Friday, 6am–3pm, outdoors under a canopy and in changing weather. Construction background is strongly preferred, and pay is $17 per hour, full-time with benefits.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and consistency required.
• Willingness to follow supervisor directions.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Comfortable working under canopy and outdoors in changing weather.
• Safety-minded and reliable.
• Construction background strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bag soil mixes and other products under the canopy to exact standards.
• Support outdoor concrete block production as needed.
• Stack, label, and organize pallets with accuracy and safe handling.
• Use material-handling equipment (forklift, skid steer) when assigned.
