Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking a Logistics and Production Supervisor to oversee the daily flow in the paint and bagging area, ensuring safe, accurate and timely operations. You will manage a team, monitor performance, and collaborate with other departments to meet production goals.

The role requires strong leadership, bilingual Spanish proficiency, and knowledge of shipping documentation. Evening shifts with potential overtime are included.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, production, or logistics.
• Bi-Lingual in Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in logistics or supply chain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production & bagging teams, ensuring goals are met.
• Assess team performance and identify areas for training and development.
• Evaluate logistics providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Oversee scheduling to ensure on-time production.
• Conduct audits to ensure policy compliance and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with departments to address shortages and meet production demands.
• Maintain continuous improvement to enhance logistics and operational efficiency.
• Ensure safety by adhering to regulations and protocols.
