Job summary

Schnucks is seeking a friendly customer service teammate to join our store team in Peoria, IL. You will assist customers, bag groceries, and help keep aisles and checkout areas orderly throughout shifts.

The role emphasizes reliable attendance, physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds, and ability to push 3–5 carts. Training is provided at store level, and teammate discounts and benefits support your wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Regular, reliable attendance is essential.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to push 3–5 carts at a time.
• Able to work outdoors in seasonal weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers
• Register purchases and bag groceries
• Place customers’ purchases into bags and into carts
• Carry customers’ purchases to cars and retrieve carts from parking lot
• Sweep and mop floors and clean check stands
• Return merchandise to shelves and verify shelf tags
• Read and understand shelf tags and verify prices
• Other duties may be assigned by store management
