Job summary

Super One Foods in Cloquet, MN is seeking a friendly, energetic Bagger/Utility to help complete the shopping experience by bagging groceries and providing full service at the front end. You will greet customers and work quickly and accurately.

This is an entry-level, part-time position with shifts that vary, often evenings, weekends and holiday weeks. Successful employees are encouraged to promote from within the pool, as opportunities for advancement regularly arise.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; training provided.
• Strong customer service and communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Bag groceries and handle checkout duties quickly and accurately.
• Assist customers with carry out of groceries when requested.
• Stand and move during shifts; maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Support front-end operations during busy periods, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

• This position requires a person to be able to move while standing or walking and use hands and arms constantly.
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
