Opportunity: Bagger Operator

Pay: $23.44 per hour

Hiring Bonus: $500 bonus after 90 days, 6 months, and 12 months of employment, totaling $1,500.

Shift & Hours: Day Shift; 4:54 AM to 5:07 PM. Weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.

Role Focus

The Production Operator performs manufacturing processes that add value and ensure quality for final products. Responsibilities include handling raw materials, operating proprietary processes, and packaging. Safety, attention to detail, sanitation, and efficiency are crucial.

This role supports our Dairy Food business, dedicated to producing dairy products that represent real, simple goodness, leveraging the power of milk to improve lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and promote safety practices.
• Arrive on time, meet deadlines, adapt quickly.

Required Qualifications & Experiences

• At least 18 years old.
• Minimum 6 months manufacturing experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Willingness to learn, problem-solve, and troubleshoot.
• Strong communication and respectful collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications & Experiences

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Over 1 year of continuous experience in any industry.
• Self-reliant with limited supervision.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Effective communication of work progress.
• Customer-focused, team-oriented, flexible schedule.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and packaging equipment (e.g., baggers, palletizers, cookers).
• Ability to follow manufacturer instructions and work in fast-paced, temperature-variable environments.

Physical Requirements

• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Active movement: walking, standing, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, climbing.
• Wear PPE as required.
• Work in cold/hot environments, possibly with dust/chemicals.
• Work scheduled shifts including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
