Alliance Ground International is seeking a Baggage Service Supervisor to direct leads and agents in the baggage claim area, greeting passengers and guiding them through the claim process. You will maintain baggage tracing files, resolve lost or damaged items, and coordinate with ramp services to ensure timely delivery of baggage.
You will mentor staff, provide on-the-job training, and respond to customer inquiries by phone or in person.

Ability to lift 50 pounds (23 kg) on a regular basis. Carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs. Climb, bend, kneel, crawl and stoop on a frequent basis and for extended periods. Work outside in all types of weather, around jet and machinery noises
