ABM Industries Inc. is seeking a Baggage Service Supervisor in Atlanta, GA to assist passengers with directions and terminal services while supervising the baggage service office for arriving passengers.

Responsibilities include helping passengers with delayed and damaged baggage claims and arranging baggage change orders when flights are cancelled. The role requires coordinating with airport operations and providing excellent customer service.

Job description

The Baggage Service Supervisorassists passengers within the terminal with general questions regarding directions and terminal services and supervises the baggage service office that serves arriving passengers. Duties include assisting passengers with delayed and damaged claims and requesting baggage change orders for passengers whose flights have been cancelled.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Shift: Monday – Wednesday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm and Thursday – Friday 5:00 pm – 1:30 am or until last flight
