Job summary

Menzies Aviation LATAM is seeking a Baggage Agent to support baggage handling and ensure a smooth airport operation. You will work to meet safety standards while delivering reliable service in a dynamic environment.

You will be responsible for loading/unloading baggage, data entry for operations, and coordinating with flight crews as trained, with a focus on teamwork and accuracy in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and safety-conscious baggage handling.
• Valid Full Driving License.
• Ability to lift/move heavy baggage and work outdoors in all weather.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and situations.

Responsibilities

• On-load and off-load baggage manually or with equipment.
• Collect and process data and documentation for operations.
• Perform baggage sortation duties safely and efficiently.
• Conduct area hazard checks.
• Coordinate headset communications with flight crew per training.
