We’re here to make mornings (and afternoons) something to look forward to. We’re on the hunt for a Lead Barista & Bagel Guru to join our dream team. What’s the Job?
You’ll be the captain of the ship, making sure everything runs as smooth as our creamiest lattes. You’ll lead a team of caffeine addicts and bagel aficionados while keeping the shop buzzing with energy. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping the vibes high, the orders flowing, and the bagels always fresh. Bonus points if you like to throw in some fun tunes during your shift!

What You’ll Be Up To:

1. Leading the Pack: Be the fearless leader of our barista crew, motivating them to serve the best coffee and bagels with a side of laughter.
2. Coffee & Bagel Master: You’ll be making and teaching your team the art of brewing the perfect espresso shot and crafting bagels that could win awards (or at least get some serious love).
3. Customer Happiness: You’ll know our regulars by name (and maybe even their dog’s name), remembering their go-to orders and always making them feel like part of the family.
4. Shift Wizardry: Handle inventory and all the behind-the-scenes magic that makes this place run without breaking a sweat.
5. Master of Cleanliness: Keeping things clean and cozy is key – but we promise we won’t make you scrub the counters with a toothbrush (unless that’s your thing).
6. Innovative Vibes: Help create fun new bagel combos, latte flavors, and promotions that’ll have everyone talking (and tagging us on Instagram).
