Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience in food production, baking, prep cooking, or another fast-paced kitchen role.
• Ability to safely wield a knife, follow recipes, stay organized, and consistently produce high-quality food.

Responsibilities

• Mix, shape, proof, bake, and finish bagels, pastries, and seasonal baked goods.
• Prepare spreads, sauces, dressings, proteins, and other house-made items per recipes and schedules.
• Package and label products for delivery to our shops; monitor quality and food safety.
