Job summary

PopUp Bagels in Westport, CT is seeking motivated individuals to join our scratch-based kitchens. You’ll gain exposure to different stations, learn menu offerings, seasonality, and guest interaction while crafting delicious scratch-made bagels.

No experience is required; we provide training and growth opportunities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexible schedules, competitive pay (17–20/hour) and daily Schmears are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• No experience is necessary; training provided.
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and pitch in wherever needed.
• Eye for detail and problem solving.
• Desire for growth in our restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to different stations within the bagel shop(s).
• Speak with guests about current menu offerings, seasonality and ingredients to create a memorable experience.
• Support the team during peak and off-peak service as needed.
• Multi-task and move in the kitchen for extended periods of time.
• Maintain a minimum standard A grade by following health and safety standards.
• Uphold anti-discrimination & anti-harassment policies.
