Job summary

ACR (AmerCareRoyal) is hiring Machine Operators for our Westfield, MA facility to support disposable food packaging production. We recruit across multiple machine types and shifts, matching candidates to roles based on experience and availability.

Join us on day, evening, or midnight shifts with pay ranging from $19.20 to $29.79 per hour, depending on role and experience. You will learn to operate waxers, cutters, interfolders, sheeters, and more while maintaining safety and quality standards at

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand manufacturing orders (MOs) and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs).
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• Good communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Need to Be Successful

• Able to read and understand manufacturing orders (MOs), Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and other written work instructions; basic math and computer skills
• Excellent mechanical ability and manual dexterity – ability to use hand tools highly preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Non-temperature-controlled environment
• Pull, push, lift, move, and adjust products/materials up to 50 lbs.
• Periods of long standing, walking, and consistent lifting
• Work with sharp tools; hearing protection, eye protection, and steel-toed shoes required
• Safety, hygiene, and cleanliness strictly enforced
