Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Bag Machine Operator to join our team in Brownsville, Texas. This individual will be responsible for operating bag machines, monitoring product quality, packing finished products, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $12-$13/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 1st Shift: 6:45am – 3pm ($12)
• 2nd Shift: 2:45pm – 11pm ($12)
• 3rd Shift: 10:45pm – 7am ($13)
• Located in Brownsville, Texas

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bag machine equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect bags/products for quality defects
• Pack and stack finished bag bundles
• Change rolls, perform manual splices, and adjust paper rolls
• Start, stop, and monitor machinery during production runs
• Complete production and quality paperwork accurately
• Follow GMP, safety, PPE, and housekeeping requirements
• Report machine issues or adjustments to supervisor
• Support production goals for safety, quality, and efficiency
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• MUST have a VALID Driver’s License — NO EXCEPTIONS
• Minimum 1 year of proven manufacturing experience REQUIRED
• Must have basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Must be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
• Must be able to stand for long periods
• Must be able to frequently lift/carry up to 50 lbs
• Must be dependable and able to work with limited supervision
• Team player with a positive attitude
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
