Job summary

The Andersons in Delphi, Indiana, is seeking a reliable bag hanger for day-to-day plant operations. You will fill, seal, and load bags onto pallets on an automated and sometimes manual line, with some lifting required. Bags can weigh up to 60 pounds, and work occurs indoors and outdoors in varying weather.

Expect Monday–Friday shifts with overtime and some Saturdays. This role offers hands-on learning of the manufacturing process in a corn cob-based operation and requires stamina and reliability

Qualifications

• Able to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 60 pounds.
• Must be able to stand/sit for extended periods.
• Works indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperatures.

Pro Resources is hiring for The Andersons in Delphi , Indiana. The Andersons are a Plant Nutrient Group that produces everything from dry and liquid fertilizer to corncob-based products.

The facility we are hiring for is a corncob-based operation.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of their manufacturing process. They're looking for reliable utility players to help with day-to-day operations. The role they are looking to fill is for a bag hanger.

Are responsible for filling, sealing, and loading the bags onto pallets. The machines on the automated line do most of the wok, but there is lifting involved. Bags can weigh up to 60 pounds.

Some positions are automated, and others are manual.
