Job summary

Palm-Aire Golf Club in Florida is seeking a friendly, dependable Bag Drop Attendant for a part-time, outdoor role. You will be the first friendly face guests meet and help with loading/unloading golf bags, cart readiness, and keeping the bag drop area welcoming.

Ideal candidates are punctual, team players with strong customer service skills who can work weekends and holidays as needed, in a climate that will require standing and walking outdoors in varying weather.

• Knowledge or interest in golf is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist members and guests with unloading and loading golf bags from vehicles.
• Transport and organize golf bags in the designated bag drop and staging areas.
• Assist with golf cart staging and ensure carts are clean, organized, and ready for play.
• Help members and guests locate their golf carts and golf bags as needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized bag drop and surrounding areas.
• Assist with moving golf carts to and from designated areas.
• Provide directions and answer basic questions or direct members and guests to the appropriate department.
• Assist the Golf Shop and outside golf operations team with daily tasks as needed.
• Help maintain an organized and welcoming arrival area throughout the day.
• Report damaged equipment, safety concerns, or member/guest issues to management.
• Follow all ClubLink and Palm-Aire Golf Club safety and service procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
