Unifi Aviation, LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Supervisor to oversee the Candidate Lifecycle Coordinator team and manage the full onboarding lifecycle in compliance with company and airport requirements. The role collaborates with Recruiting, Credentialing, HR, Operations, and station leadership to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and maintain service-level expectations.

Two years of relevant experience preferred; paid training provided.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be a local (in-state) resident.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
  • Experience in recruiting, onboarding, HR coordination, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong customer service and candidate support skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Candidate Lifecycle Coordinators.
  • Audit files and processes to ensure compliance with company, airport, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor staffing pipelines and provide reporting on onboarding progress, hiring trends, and candidate conversion metrics.
  • Manage team schedules, workload distribution, and performance goals.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for newly hired employees.
  • Schedule and track pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, badging, and orientation sessions.
  • Maintain candidate records and ensure information is accurately updated in Avature.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding onboarding status, required documentation, and next steps.
  • Provide timely updates to hiring managers and operational teams.
  • Monitor onboarding progress to ensure compliance with company and airport requirements.
  • Assist candidates with completing employment forms and onboarding documentation.
  • Work closely with Credentialing, HR, Recruiting, and Operations teams to resolve onboarding issues.
  • Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience from offer acceptance through orientation.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling candidate and employee information.
  • Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws.
  • Promotes and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity.

Job Summary:
