Unifi Aviation, LLC in Atlanta, GA seeks a supervisor to lead a team of janitorial agents responsible for cleaning airport facilities and operating cleaning equipment. You will schedule shifts, train staff, monitor safety, and coordinate with the Station Manager.

We offer flight privileges after 30 days, weekly pay for hourly staff, full-time starting at 30 hours, and comprehensive benefits. This role requires a High School diploma, 18+, valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain airport

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain airport credentials as required.
• Experience supervising a cleaning/maintenance team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of agents in janitorial duties and coordinates daily activities.
• Manages shift schedules, training, vacations, overtime, and coverage.
• Addresses employee issues promptly and communicates with the Station Manager.
• Conducts shift meetings and coaches staff to comply with policies.
• Monitors safety and ensures compliance with regulations and company procedures.
• Performs related duties as assigned and maintains safe, secure operations.

Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising a team of agents cleaning airport facilities and operating facility cleaning equipment.

Job Duties:

• Supervises a team of agents in janitorial duties and coordinates daily activities to ensure a safe and effective operation.
• Responsible for shift schedule to include work assignments, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back‑up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
• Responds to employee issues or complaints in a timely matter.
• Communicates with the Station Manager concerning any problems or issues.
• Schedules and conducts shift meetings.
• Trains, coaches, counsels, and mentors’ employees in compliance with station policies.
• Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws.
• Promotes and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anit‑Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and, capabilities expected for this position.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards

Qualifications:

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling services industry.

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to frequently lift and carry, greater than 70lbs and constantly lift and carry up to 70 lbs; Constantly push, pull up to 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend.

Working conditions:

• Must be able to work rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.
• Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
