Qualifications

• Solid tenure in past roles, 6–12 months typical.
• High school diploma required; science degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify product codes, date codes, and belly codes for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform SSOPs, belly audits, and net weight verifications.
• Communicate with USDA and production teams to address issues.
• Monitor GMPs, SOPs and employee hygiene standards.
• Support management to achieve production and quality goals.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
