Job summary

L'Auberge Baton Rouge is seeking an attentive team member for our dining service. You will clear and reset tables, stock service areas, and assist staff to ensure smooth, high-volume restaurant operations. The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate in English.
• Experience working in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• At least 2 months on-the-job training or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Clears, cleans, stocks and sets up dining room tables and server stations to restaurant standards.
• Transport bus tubs and carts to the dishwashing area and assist with unloading and cleaning of equipment.
• Discretely clear individual settings from guest tables as courses are completed.
• Provide additional settings, utensils and condiments as needed or requested.
• Work with food servers, hosts/cashiers and other restaurant personnel to deliver guest service.
• Maintain sanitary, safe and efficient use of all assigned areas and equipment.
