Job summary

Boqueria Restaurant Group is seeking a Backwaiter at our Washington, DC location. You will be responsible for clearing and resetting tables quickly and maintaining a pristine dining area while supporting the service team.

Ideal candidates have restaurant knowledge, conversational English, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt with a smile. We value teamwork, quick learning, and a sense of humor in a busy hospitality environment.

As a Backwaiters, it will be your mission at Boqueria® to clear and reset tables in a speedy, professional, and effective manner and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the entire restaurant and its perimeters.
