Boqueria, a leading Spanish tapas restaurant group on the East Coast, seeks a Backwaiter to swiftly clear and reset tables while maintaining a pristine dining environment. You will help ensure consistency in food, drinks, and service to Boqueria's high standards.

Ideal candidates are 18+, fluent in English, team players with a quick learning ability and a good sense of humor, ready to work flexible schedules in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

As a Backwaiters, it will be your mission at Boqueria® to clear and reset tables in a speedy, professional, and effective manner and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the entire restaurant and its perimeters. In addition, as a member of the service team, you help ensure that food, drinks, and service consistently follow Boqueria's standards.
