Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 3–5 years of related warehouse/ shipping experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads.

Responsabilités

• Cover shifts in the absence of Shift Warehouse Leaders; assist in other warehouses as assigned.
• Oversee Finished Goods and Raw Material Handlers to ensure efficient movement and storage.
• Maintain communication between shifts and associates.
• Assign staffing to meet daily requirements based on workload.
• Provide staff performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Operate forklift safely and assist in training new hires.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, GMP, and ISO standards.
• Maintain accuracy of transactions, scanning, and inventory records.
• Maintain FIFO inventory as required by customers and ISO standards.
• Document all inbound and outbound shipments.
• Instruct shuttle drivers for transfers to outside warehouses.
• Report equipment and property repairs as needed.
• Report food safety issues to the Food Safety Team and take action.
• Complete and maintain First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
• Participate in other projects as assigned by management.
