Responsibilities

• Stage Operations: assist in setup, operation, and strike of scenery, props, and stage equipment for rehearsals and performances.
• Execute scene changes quickly and efficiently following cues from the Stage Manager.
• Ensure all stage elements are in proper positions and securely fastened.
• Operate the theater's fly system to move scenery and lighting during performances.
• Perform safety checks on fly system equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Stage Manager, Technical Supervisor, and crew to maintain smooth backstage operations.
• Attend technical rehearsals and support setup and adjustments of stage elements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
