Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

The role involves delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities include adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, with cross-training opportunities in multiple store areas to support business needs.

  1. Model excellent customer experience practices for internal and external customers.
  2. Support and foster a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
  3. Accurately process customer purchases and returns, and handle cash transactions following procedures.
  4. Promote credit and loyalty programs.
  5. Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale following company procedures.
  6. Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards.
  7. Contribute to store safety, recognition, and feedback processes.
  8. Support store shrink reduction initiatives.
  9. Ensure a safe environment and adhere to all policies and laws.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Who We’re Looking For: You.

  1. Excellent customer service skills.
  2. Flexible schedule to support store needs.
  3. Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  4. Ability to multi-task and adapt to change.
  5. Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodations.
  6. Effective teamwork with peers and supervisors.
  7. Previous retail experience preferred.
