Responsibilities:

• Deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers and embodying our customer experience principles.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Support multiple store areas as needed to support business needs.
• Model excellent customer service practices.
• Promote store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Process transactions accurately and promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Support store shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
