Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Receiver to act as the gatekeeper for products arriving from vendors. You will inspect items for temperature, shortages, overages, damages, and quality, while managing backroom storage and related paperwork.

You must be 18+, with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years receiving experience or an education/experience mix. A flexible schedule, independent work, and strong team communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years receiving experience or an education/experience combination.
• Possess dependable, flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal skills and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Ability to receive all store products and inspect for temperature, shortages, overages, damages, and quality.
• Basic math operations and computer knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products for temperature (if perishable), shortages, overages, and damages.
• Manage backroom storage using basic math and organization.
• Handle all paperwork related to receiving duties.
• Communicate effectively with store team and third-party vendors.
