Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Create a positive customer experience and maintain organization.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Organize back stock and oversee safe store operations.
• Promote safety and compliance with labor laws.
